I came by an Apple Premium Reseller Shop the other day in Hannover (Germany). Whilst walking by, I got a glimpse on a t-shirt in the window and it instantly made me stop my pace.

The t-shirt was black with a white logo and text. The text stated that funny quote from the apple ads “I’m a Mac”.

Wow cool“, I thought “I want to have one of those!

So I entered the shop sauntered to the desk, gave the girl a smile and said “Hi, I’d like to buy one of those shirts“.

In a perfect world, this story would end like this:

Girl: “Why sure. Would you like it in M, or L?”

Me: “M would be nice – and would you care for a drink, when done here?”

Girl: “Yes. I would love to have a drink!”

and so on  …

Well, unfortunately this is not a perfect world, so the story continued like this:

Girl: “I’m terribly sorry, but those are not for sale.”

And half an hour later, I was back on the street with, to my total surprise, a brand new MacBook Pro 15″ Unibody and NO T-SHIRT!

I guess, that’s what they are called Premium Reseller ;-)

The latest version of Skype was released as beta at MacWorld 2009 and supports screensharing between participants. This is one feature I was always looking for to get native support in Skype. Allowing to share also a small section of the screen is an interesting design decision because of the low video resolution.

Techcrunch is reporting that iPhone client for truephone will get Skype support in the upcoming version. The idea of an integrated Twitter client is ingenious although I would prefer the other way around.
